Sponsors Requiring FCOI Review

UIC will implement Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) compliance review for all federally sponsored awards, at time of award and continuations, including no cost extensions, and when the project includes changes to add new investigators or participants of the research change roles. The FCOI Compliance review will apply to sponsored programs from a non-federal sponsor when that program includes federal flow through and when the non-federal sponsor follows Public Health Services (PHS) FCOI policies.
