For Externally Sponsored Clinical Trials (Industry sponsored/Federally funded/Private Foundation funded), the following is needed:

  1. Coverage Analysis
  2. Clinic/Hospital Request for Services Form
  3. IRB Application
  4. ORS contract review
  5. Clinic/Hospital Research Services Billing – study participants need to be placed on the research bill hold
