Lewis-Burke Associates LLC, a federal relations firm that works closely with the University of Illinois Chicago will be hosting a brown bag lunch on Monday, October 18 at noon (CT) titled, “Federal Agency 101.”  During this presentation, Lewis-Burke will provide an overview of relevant news from Washington, D.C., including the Administration and Congress, as well as a brief introduction to a range of federal agencies including the National Endowment for the Humanities, National Endowment for the Arts, National Science Foundation Social, Behavioral, and Economic Sciences Directorate, and Department of Education. The presentation is intended to provide insights into new and existing funding opportunities for early to mid career faculty looking to learn more about how to find grants from federal agencies. There will be time for Q&A at the end of the presentation and faculty can also engage directly with Lewis-Burke following this event.
