Dr. Karriem Watson is presenting for the Division of Academic Internal Medicine and Geriatrics (AIM), Department of Medicine’s “Research in Practice” seminar talks: "Cancer Screening and Prevention: Research and Engagement within a FQHC"
The presentation will aim to:
1. Provide an overview of developing and implementing community-engaged research with and in collaboration with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
2. Discuss examples of a community-based cancer screening and prevention projects that translated community engagement into research practice within a FQHC
