Event Overview
Join us for an informative session about the DARPA Defense Sciences Office (DSO) Young Faculty Award (YFA) for Fiscal Year 2025. This program identifies and supports rising stars in junior research positions, providing funding to early-career researchers tackling pressing national security issues.
This session will be led by Amber Cassady, an expert in national security research and funding at Lewis-Burke. Specializing in defense appropriations, R&D funding, and engagement with the Department of Defense, Amber will discuss the YFA program, offer proposal guidance, and answer questions. Our second speaker, Solomon Morgan, supports research on energy and national security opportunities, focusing on funding from the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Defense (DOD) to help clients navigate emerging technologies.
