Are you interested in learning more about the responsible conduct of research? If so, this monthly workshop series is for you!
The workshops will occur on the second Monday or Tuesday of each month at 11:30 am running for approximately an hour each. Based on guidance from the NIH, most workshop sessions will be in-person only (NOT-OD-22-055). The workshop sessions will alternate between East and West campus. Occasional virtual sessions may be offered. For in-person workshop sessions, lunch will be offered so registration is required and will be restricted to the size of the room. Please select the section for which you choose to register. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration to open the space for another attendee.
This workshop series addresses the NIH RCR training requirements (NOT-OD-10-019 and NOT-OD-22-055) for NIH grant awardees. The workshop also meets the National Science Foundation (NSF) training requirements (PAPPG) for faculty and senior investigators. It is open to any interested postdoctoral scientist, mentor, staff, faculty member, or senior graduate student. The AY 2024-2025 session topics are available online (http://go.uic.edu/SeniorRCR).
