Save the date for an updated seminar on U.S. immigration options for international postdocs and researchers. The latest developments in U.S. immigration policy and U.S. immigration options will be covered in this talk, including different visa types for permanent and non-permanent residence.
The presentation will be delivered by Brendan Delaney, a licensed attorney at Frank & Delaney Immigration Law, LLC, a law firm with extensive dedicated immigration experience. Brendan has been invited to speak on a number of occasions at the Annual Meeting of the National Postdoctoral Association, as well as conducting legal seminars at Universities and institutions across the United States.
We will also have Charmagne Sweet-Herlein, Director of International Employment and Scholar Services in OIS, as a special guest to answer some questions related specifically to UIC.
