Research Development Services is pleased to offer our UIC community a workshop to help in finding funding, using the PIVOT software program. Now more than ever, it is important to stay aware of the opportunities available as funding becomes increasingly competitive. This workshop is intended for PIs and business managers and others who help PIs find funding for their research. The content will cover how to use Pivot (a database of global funding opportunities from government, foundations, corporations, professional associations and other sources. You will learn how to create and save multiple types of targeted searches as well as learn how to search profiles for potential collaborators worldwide. To learn about Pivot please visit http://pivot.cos.com/about_pivot.

Mr. Paul Webb, Supervisor for Training and Consulting for ProQuest, will be leading the training.
