We provide solutions for data, analytics, and reporting needs related to sponsored programmes to OVCR and the wider UIC community, including senior leadership. We also work with stakeholders outside UIC and serve as the point of contact for any research-related data or metrics.

Our Services

Software Expertise
The Research Metrics team has experience with a variety of analytics tools and platforms, including Tableau. We stay current with new technologies and methodologies and can assist with questions or ideas you may have.

Database Expertise
Research Metrics has expertise working with data from a variety of enterprise-level administrative systems at UIC, including sponsored projects, financials, and research administration data. We work with individual OVCR units to understand their unit-specific data needs as well.

Visualization & Reporting Support

Our Data

Our team primarily serves OVCR administrative units and focuses on metrics related to the following:

  • Institutional Benchmarking
