About Research Analytics
The Research Analytics team in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research (OVCR) provides data and analytics related to the performance of UIC’s research enterprise.
Our mission is to:
- Promote data-informed decision-making within OVCR by providing reporting and analysis of our research portfolio to senior university leadership.
- Serve as the authority on and resource for research data and metrics within OVCR, to other UIC units, our funders of sponsored research, and to the public.
- Create and maintain data
- Support development of reporting resources such as dashboards and visualization needs across our stakeholder portfolio.
