Today’s research funding environment presents many short- and medium-term challenges, but these challenges create opportunities to position your research program for long-term success. This session will help faculty from all disciplines and career stages maintain motivation and drive by providing tactics to remain competitive. Hanover Research staff will share insights on how to continue to build your scholarly identity/brand, connect with potential new partners, advance in new research directions, pivot to alternate funding sources and network more intentionally and strategically with both academic and nonacademic stakeholders. We will note a variety of different resources to investigate; we will also build in plenty of time for your questions and engaged/proactive discussion.
