The Biographical Sketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support forms are critical but often-overlooked components of your NIH proposal. In May 2026, NIH made a final pivot to the use of the NIH Common Forms for these documents. If you have not submitted a proposal to NIH in a few years but are planning to do so soon, you will benefit from the updates and advice provided in this session. OVCR colleagues will cover some of the key changes that occurred with the launch of the NIH Common Forms, an overview of the new guidelines for each document and a live demonstration of the Biographical Sketch and Other Support forms in SciENcv.
