It may not always seem like it, but there are funding opportunities out there for research in the Arts and Humanities! Join this brown bag lunch webinar, hosted by the UIC Office of Research Development, to learn more about the Federal agencies, foundations, and other organizations that offer competitive grant programs that support Humanities and Arts research. Our speakers will provide insights on the types and timing of the various programs as well as guidance on the best way to approach each funder. The presentation is intended to assist Humanities, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, and Applied Arts faculty who are looking to secure funding for their research endeavors. Applicants and previous recipients of the UIC Awards for Creative Activity are especially encouraged to attend to learn more about external funding opportunities that can help broaden the scope and impact of their ACA proposals/projects.
