In this session, you'll gain valuable insights from colleagues who have successfully navigated the NSF CAREER proposal process.
Associate Vice Chancellor for Research, Stephanie Cologna, will moderate a panel featuring NSF Program Officers/Rotators and NSF CAREER awardees. You'll hear perspectives from both sides of the process—the applicant and the reviewer.
Awardees will share their personal journeys, including developing their proposals and securing the grant. They’ll discuss crafting research and education plans, defining broader impacts, finding mentors and the importance of persistence.
The Program Officers/Rotators will offer an inside look at how proposals are evaluated at NSF, highlighting common strengths and pitfalls to avoid.
This session will feature insights from Matthew Daly, Andy Nguyen, Karl Rockne and Laura Anderson.
We look forward to seeing you at the webinar!
