Patrick J. Fowler, Ph.D., serves as Associate Professor in the Brown School and the Division of Computational and Data Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. Trained in child clinical-community psychology, his research focuses on preventing homelessness and the associated impact on children and families. The work tests data-driven approaches for allocating housing assistance fairly and efficiently across communities. His transdisciplinary team has been supported by the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation, US Administration for Children and Families, and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
