The purpose of this grant program is to promote the planning and development of healthcare networks in order to: (i) achieve efficiencies; (ii) expand access to, coordinate, and improve the quality of essential health care services; and (iii) strengthen the rural health care system as a whole. HRSA plans to fund 24 grants - each for $100,000 per year for one year.
Applicant must be a rural non-profit or rural public entituty that represents a consortium/network of three or more health care providers.
The Federal Office of Rural Health Policy will hold a technical assistance webinar on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 from 1 - 2 pm
UIC may submit 1 application. Multiple applications from an organization are not allowable.
