The OVC FY 16 Training and Resources to Better Respond to Victims of Cyberviolence competitive solicitation will seek applicants to carry out a national-scope initiative including an assessment of cyberviolence trainingcurrently available to and training needs of judicial professionals, an assessment of the needs of victims of cyberviolence, and the development and dissemination of training and technical assistance to be published and delivered by the grantee and/or project partners. 

The primary goal of this program is to enhance and update training and resources to better help victims of cyberviolence, specifically as it relates to engaging in judicial education. The grantee funded through this solicitation will engage in the following activities in order to meet program goals and objectives: - Conduct an assessment of currently available training and technical assistance for judicial personnel; 
- Host a forum of victims and survivors to ascertain impacts of cyberviolence and service needs; 
- Host two to three forums with judges and court personnel to establish training needs; 
- Develop training and technical assistance including dissemination plans; 
- Develop a curriculum to be published by the grantee; and 
- Deliver training 

Funds awarded through this OVC solicitation are intended primarily for the development of training and technical assistance; however, funds can also be used to update existing resources that have become outdated. Applicants should plan for all resources under this initiative to be published by the grantee.
